To the right is the covered alleyway once used to house Windsor's fire engine. The sign here gives a date of 1803 in Roman numerals below the heading "Engine House" . The sign gives the names of 3 Church Wardens from whom the key to the Engine House could be obtained. The Engine House has now returned to use as an alley way to the Parish Church.
